[gis_info] DOGAMI Lidar Viewer

Hello,

We have updated our DOGAMI Lidar Data Viewer to display an up to date lidar bare earth hillshade layer.  Also, the LDQ Status layer has been updated.

If you are a regular user of the DOGAMI Lidar Data Viewer, you may have to clear your browsing history and cache to see the updated changes.
