Hey Joseph,

Since it's using OpenData, you can use get the data out in various formats.  For example, here is a snippet using the GeoJSON endpoint (for the DHS hospitals) and adding it directly using the Google Maps API:

You can also download the dataset as a KML for viewing in either Google Maps or Google Earth.  You might also try Esri-Leaflet if you're looking for a lightweight mapping library that works well with Esri services:

The DHS data caught my eye.
Alas, turns out they all seem to be FeatureServer layers.
Here is the top endpoint:
https://services2.arcgis.com/1cdV1mIckpAyI7Wo/arcgis/rest/services

Yes, there certainly are some interesting layers in that list.
Pity they are not MapServer layers so that data could much more easily be displayed by apps using the Google maps API.
