WDFW is recruiting to fill one Senior GIS specialist position. The Geographic Information System (GIS) section within the Science Division is a geospatial service provider for the four business areas of the Wildlife Program (GAME, DIVERSITY, LANDS and SCIENCE). The GIS section is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems; the analysis and modeling of geospatial data; the development of tools and applications; and specialized GIS technical training and consultation.  This Senior GIS Specialist works with a diverse team of talented GIS professionals to deliver GIS expertise and support in the areas of: enterprise database design, application development (web and mobile) and advanced geospatial analysis and reporting.
