[gis_info] Geoscience FIT meeting July 16th

Hello to all interested stakeholders,

The Geoscience Framework Implementation Team (FIT) will have a meeting on
Tuesday, July 16th at 10 am.

The purpose of the meeting is threefold:
1)To reacquaint or introduce stakeholders in the Geoscience community
2)To provide an update on the transition of the state OGDC data model to
the new GeMS standard, which is a national standard and makes us compatible
with many other geologic data sets.
3) To establish interest in the Geomorphology workgroup

The meeting location is TBD, I’ll send out a reminder and update early in
July with location.
