[gis_info] Symposium By the Sea 2019 REVISED call for presentations

Hello GIS users,

We've had a few requests to include a lightning round session at Symposium By the Sea this year. I'm re-sending the call for presentations to reflect this addition. You may elect to submit a regular (20-30 min.) or a lightning presentation (7 minutes max), or both. Be sure to clearly mark which type you're submitting. See the revised call for presentations, attached, for further details.
