[gis_info] Survey

Hi folks, it would be very helpful for the geospatial community in Oregon if you would please complete this Oregon Spatial Data Library<https://spatialdata.oregonexplorer.info/geoportal/> survey, developed by our partners at the Institute for Natural Resources. It will help the Oregon Geographic Information Council make decisions about how the website should be managed and provide really important information that will help the Council understand how these sites are used.
