All,

The Chief Data Officer has partnered with Engaging Local Government Leaders to create a Data Literacy Cohort for State of Oregon Employees. This cohort is designed to create "data leaders" within agencies through a train-the-trainer style cohort taking place from October to December 2021. The attached flyer has full details on time commitment, course structure, and the application process.

We encourage staff from all state agencies to apply-the intent is to provide at least one space per state agency, with more spaces available depending on interest and availability. Applicants should be at a level to provide influence and business support to data-informed decision making and have a professional interest in growing data-informed decision making and leadership within their agency or business unit.

The online application is available at https://elgl.org/ordatacohort

Please circulate this flyer widely and share with anyone in your organization who might be interested.

Thank you
