[gis_info] GIS Training in Portland

Geospatial Training Services <http://geospatialtraining.com> is looking for
an organization to sponsor a GIS training event in the Portland area
sometime in early 2023.  As a sponsor your organization agrees to work with
Geospatial Training Services to host an in-person training event that is
open to anyone from your local area and can last anywhere from 2-5 days.

Sponsored Training Events
<http://geospatialtraining.com/private-group-training/> have these
characteristics:

   - Your organization receives 2 FREE seats for each day of training in
   exchange for hosting the event
   - You help us market the training event to others in the geographic area.
   - You provide the training venue for in-person training events.
   - You DO NOT need to provide a computer lab. Each student will be
   responsible for hardware and software.
   - The training event is open to anyone from your organization and to
   other GIS professionals in your geographic area
