[gis_info] GIS conference machine learning projects

Hi all,

As you probably know, we are hosting GIS in Action again at PSU this, and
it will be all online, just like last year.

I'm pulling together a session on *machine learning in GIS*, and if you
have a project to present, we would love to see it.

It can be short, I'm a big fan of lightning talks, so we could do a
combination of 20 minute talks and 5 minute talks in the session.
