[gis_info] Access to hazard information and more

As a quick reminder, we do have access to current and forecasted information via our hazards overview dashboard located here: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/9bb52cec4e4943e195a238f160fbcd12. This includes a wide variety of weather and natural hazard information.
