Good afternoon!

The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development seeks the input of emergency managers, planners, researchers, GIS specialists, public health professionals, and consultants in its development of a natural hazards risk assessment tool within a GIS environment. We anticipate that the tool will be used by the state, cities, counties, special districts, tribes, consultants, and researchers to assess vulnerability (including social vulnerability) and risk from natural hazard events to people, natural systems, and the built environment.

We have identified you as a potential user of such a tool, and invite you to provide your input into its design and content by participating in this survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RiskAssessment_EndUserSurvey>. If you do not anticipate using such a tool, please forward this survey to those in your organization who might.

We anticipate this survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. You may pause during the survey and complete it later, from the same browser. We ask that you complete the survey by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023.

Thank you very much for your time and interest!
