[gis_info] Fire Regime data for Oregon

There seem to be a million fire layers out there these days. I'm hoping
someone might be able to point me toward a maybe slightly older layer (or
maybe it's current) that I recall showing Fire Regimes for Oregon.
The attribute breakdowns looked like the below (though for OR the #s and
description were different, but the categories were the same I-V).  Thanks
in advance for pointing me in the right direction!
