We're expecting 1,000-1,200 people from all over the world. I went in 2007 (Victoria Canada) and it was a great conference.<br>

FOSS4G 2014 is being organized by the PDX OSGeo chapter and I am
certain they would love to hear from you if you want to help out. At
this point best way to learn more is to sign up on the PDX mailing
list (<a href="http://groups.google.com/group/pdx-osgeo">http://groups.google.com/group/pdx-osgeo</a>)
and introduce yourself.
(Though meetings are in Portland, the chapter for Oregon/S.
Washington not just Portland.)<br>
