Organizations are constantly trying to find ways to engage older adults and staff in new and different ways.  In this webinar, participants will learn new and innovative ways to "get individual" with older adults and staff to offer a personal approach to multi-dimensional experiences that enhance well-being.   Participants will be exposed to techniques to engage their stakeholder groups in various ways using stage of change identification, language architecture, and mass customization strategies.  
Participants in this wellness webinar will be able to:
Describe what it means to "get individual" with residents, customers, and staff by being able to recognize and find ways to develop the skills, strengths, and passions for each person 
Outline the stages of behavior change and use the techniques associated with each stage to tailor communication styles to reach different targeted groups 
Identify and give examples of mass customization techniques that will enable them to reach multiple groups of individuals in unique ways 
Express the value of a comprehensive approach to providing multi-dimensional wellness opportunities and experiences and be able to identify outcomes and measures for success
