The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention looks forward to your attendance at the Communities Putting Prevention to Work Annual Training in Atlanta on March 28-30, 2011. This training is designed for attendance by recipients of the following awards: 
CPPW Community Initiative (DP09-912ARRA09); 
CPPW State and Territory Initiative (DP09-90101ARRA09 and DP09-90201ARRA09); 
Office on Smoking and Health Tobacco Control Program (DP09-901, DP09-902 and DP102-1002); and 
Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity Program (DP08-805). 

Registration

Online registration is now open. Register today at www.CPPWTraining.com.  General registration ends Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 11:59 pm EST.  Participants registering after Tuesday, March 1 will not have their contact information included in the participants list and cannot be guaranteed their choice of sessions.
