Subject: RWJF Childhood Obesity Rapid Response Fund for childhood obesity policy work

The Childhood Obesity Rapid Response Fund, administered by the American Heart Association and supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, provides funding opportunities to ongoing state, local, and tribal public policy change efforts on childhood obesity. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and range from about $5,000 to $75,000.

The primary goal of the Fund is to support promising ongoing public policy change campaigns. Attached are an overview of the fund and frequently asked questions. The application is available at www.heart.org/obesityfund<http://www.heart.org/obesityfund>. As stated in the FAQs, applicants must be 501c3 organizations.
