Hi everybody!

It sure has been a while since I sent you an official email.
I wanted to quickly share with you one of my latest works in progress...

WIC values wellness.

We know that place matters - where we live, work and play have a great influence on our health.

In order to support local WIC wellness efforts across the state, the webpage below will host quarterly newsletters, resources and ideas on how to promote wellness for individuals and agencies statewide.

In this first edition of Wellness at WIC, I focused on the National Wellness Institute's 6 Dimensions of Wellness.
Let me know what you think. It is a start.

Also, I have recently been connected to the Worksite Wellness Network that meets every other month in the Portland area. If you would like to be linked up with this group, let me know.
