As a reminder, please remember that proposers must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 to be eligible to apply for the Healthy Communities Implementation RFP. Failure to submit a LOI will result in ineligibility to submit a proposal. To ensure fairness to all potential applicants, no exceptions will be made.
