[HealthyTribes] Placing orders for Tobacco Free Signs

Hello Grantees~

HPCDP has several different metal tobacco free signs in storage, and we would like to give you the opportunity to place an order with us receive some of these signs. The attached document includes pictures of each of the signs, along with the amount of each sign that is available.

If you would like any of these signs or materials to be brought to you at the Grantees and Contractors Meeting in July, please complete the attached order form and submit it to your liaison by Tuesday, July 16th. We will fill the requests and bring the requested materials to the Grantees & Contractors Meeting.
