[HealthyTribes] HPCDP Connection log-in instructions

Hi everyone,

Here's some additional information to resolve the problems with logging in to HPCDP Connection that some of you have experienced recently.

Please access the site through this link: healthoregon.org/hpcdpconnection<http://healthoregon.org/hpcdpconnection>
Do not use any other link that you might have previously been using to access the site, and don't access the site through results from a search engine such as google.

Username = hpcdp
Password = Communities12

Be sure to include a capital "C" in the password. If it's still not working, don't try more than twice, as three failed attempts will lock out the account for all users.

Please contact your liaison if you continue to have difficulty  logging in.
