I am passing along information about a great opportunity to build commitment, action, and collaboration among State and local public health and their partners engaged in creating health communities and lifestyles for persons of all ages.

Please see the attached Save the Date flyer about the first gathering to support Age-Friendly Oregon, cities, and communities on Dec. 9th in Portland.  There is strong emphasis on inclusion of local communities that represent diversity in culture, geography, ages served, and Age-Friendly domains engaged.
