Traveling to the Oregon Heritage Conference<http://www.oregon.gov/oprd/HCD/OHC/Pages/Conference.aspx> is a great way to explore heritage sites in the state. To help you get the most out of your travel this year, Oregon Heritage has created a travel guide to help you along the way. The guide is conveniently located online<http://www.oregon.gov/oprd/HCD/OHC/docs/OHC%20AlongTheWay%20Guide%202015.pdf>.

The conference takes place April 22-24 in North Bend and Coos Bay. Whether you're traveling to the conference in the Coos Bay area from the north, south or east, the guide helps you to find and explore heritage sites. Sorry, we haven't developed versions yet for those folks flying into North Bend.

You may also want to spend extra time in the Coos Bay area to see other cultural and natural sites, or attend events. You can find events, sites and other possibilities on the Oregon's Adventure Coast website.<http://www.oregonsadventurecoast.com/> Spending an extra day or two might be a great thing to do.

The Oregon Heritage Conference takes place April 22-24. "Chart Your Course" is the conference theme to show that participants will find the information and ideas to make their organizations ship-shape and ready to sail for new cultural heritage horizons. Information about programs, registration and lodging is available at the conference website.
