<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Garamond','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The Preserving Oregon Grant, offered by the State Historic Preservation Office, offers funds for rehabilitation work on properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places, or significant work contributing to identifying, preserving and/or interpreting archaeological sites. Oregon Heritage now offers an online application process for the grant, which is easy to access, editable and savable repeatedly until the time of submission. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Garamond','serif'; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Applying for the Preserving Oregon Grant involves setting up an account on the OPRD Grants Online program, receiving registration approval and submitting a letter of intent to apply. Heritage staff will contact applicants to discuss their project and funding requirements and, perhaps, schedule a site visit. Following that review, staff will notify applicants via email with an approval to apply for the grant. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
