The consultant will help the county create a short-term (three-five year) strategy based on the outcome of the asset assessment, creating a "road map" to coordinate the investment of local efforts to develop, manage, and promote resources for maximum economic benefit. The proposal deadline is 4 p.m., Feb. 27. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

Cultural Development grants support significant cultural programs and projects in Oregon.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Available to 501-c-3 heritage nonprofits can apply in one of four broad categories:<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Access, Capacity, Creativity, and Preservation. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
