During OCHC's assessment did they connect with the mortuary board? It would be interesting to see what their feedback is with regard to pet loss. I attended the ICCFA's conference this year and pet loss was a huge component of the exhibit hall, there's a growing demand from the public to find ways to honor all of their loved ones, whether they be human, furry or feathered (and scaled too I suppose!)
