[HistoricCemeteries] Administrative fee

Hi Kuri,

I am looking into developing some sort of "Buy Back policy" for Union Point
Cemetery. Once in a while someone wants to sell us back a plot that they
may have purchased from us 10, 20, 40 years ago.

Do you know what cemeteries are doing in this regard?
