I understand that the new board is hoping to work cooperatively with the past representatives and have no current plans to contact the sheriff. I am confidant that new board will be successful in all of its new efforts and we make this important work happen for the cemetery in a positive and cooperative way.

Hi Kuri
I am going to have to check out the Blog.
We have just heard the New Association and Board fot the Historic Columbian cemetery in Portland
has been approved and licensed by the State, we have heard that they are having to send the Marion County
Sheriff to the Old Board Presidents home to get the records as she is refusing to turn them over to the new
association.

PS: the Next OCTA Convention Meeting is May 19th at the HighCliff in Oregon City, hope there will
be someone from Oregon Heritage and Historic cemetries will be their.
