Curious.. There is a tomb from 1918 that needs some major repair. would 
that fall under any of the grants??
The young man was killed the tenth of November in France and later 
buried in Fossil at the IOOF Cemetery.  The tomb has a hugh flower pot 
with flowers craved all around the edge. At the time his family was very 
generous to the town of Fossil, the old Legion Hall in Fossil was named 
in his honor the Arthur E Glover Hall and also the city park.

The tomb is on a cement base but all is in bad need of repair.  Some 
cousin twice removed made inquiries about the family making some of the 
repairs but have not heard any more from them in over two years....
