I enjoyed the quarterly meeting and the presentation of the Historic Cemeteries Commission at Medford.

I forgot to mention that I have found that in my small rural cemetery, Harrison in Washington County, that Vinca, probably vinca major, is a good cover that does not allow blackberries to take over. I have noticed that there are very few blackberries taken root in the cemetery, only under the firs, where there is no vinca.
We can use any assistance to discourage the blackberry vines in our upland savannah climate.
