Another ongoing helpful resource is the Oregon Health Authority's website<https://govstatus.egov.com/OR-OHA-COVID-19#collapseOHAGuidance>.
This website contains a great deal of helpful information, but the most beneficial information at this time for you may be the guidance for Phase 2 gatherings:
https://sharedsystems.dhsoha.state.or.us/DHSForms/Served/le2351G.pdf
According to the guidance document, the gathering capacity limits are:
* A maximum of 50 people indoors
* A maximum of 100 people outdoors
There are specific recommendations for operators of gatherings, which include:
* Considering outdoor gatherings when possible.
* Encouraging guests to use cloth, paper or disposable face coverings.
Then, there are specific requirements that operators of gatherings must follow, which include:
* Determining the maximum occupancy of each indoor and outdoor area to maintain the requirement of at least six (6) feet of physical distance between parties, and limit the number of individuals on the premises accordingly.
* Determining seating and configuring to comply with all physical distancing requirements.
* Assigning a physical distancing monitor to ensure compliance with all distancing requirements.
I hope that you find this information helpful.
Thanks & have a wonderful weekend.
