l District did not implement specially designed instruction in accordance
with IEP and did not provide IEP progress reports for two middle/high school
students with learning disabilities. B and The Dalles School District,
02-054-050 (May 6, 2003) and T and The Dalles School District, O2-054-051
(April 24, 2003).
l District erred by not permitting the parent to discuss methodology at IEP
meeting; IEP did not address all unique needs of the student. C. V. and
Baker School District, 02-054-053 (April 24, 2003)
l L.P. and Clackamas ESD (EI/ECSE Program), 03-054-015 (May 1, 2003)
l G.R. and Oregon Trail School District, 03-054-003 (April 28, 2003)
l ODE withdrew its order dismissing a complaint alleging violations to the
Part C and Part B state maintenance of effort requirements. The Department
will conduct a new investigation. Preschool Children with Disabilities and
