RE:	Oregon Applications for Funds under IDEA 2004, Parts B and C:  Public Notice and Comment Periods 


The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) has submitted its annual State Applications for Funds under IDEA 2004, Parts B and C.  In accordance with federal requirements, ODE is providing public notice of these applications for a 60-day period between May 6 and July 4, 2005.  You may review these applications at http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/results/?id=260.

ODE will accept public comments on these applications by mail, fax, or email between May 11, 2005 and June 9, 2005.  Please send comments to Eric Richards:
