On January 11, 2001, a draft ballot title for initiative #17 was received by the Secretary of State, Elections Division, from the Attorney General's office. Written comments on the draft ballot title are due in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division by 5pm on January 26 2001. Electronic comments will not be accepted.
