[Irrlist] 122 & 123 Draft Ballot Titles

On October 2, 2001, draft ballot title for initiatives #122 and 123 were received by the Secretary of State, Elections Division from the Attorney General's office. Written comments on the draft ballot title are due in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division no later than 5pm on October 16, 2001. Electronic comments can not be accepted.
