On October 15, 2001, initiative #131 was received in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioner is Hector Macpherson Jr. The draft ballot title is due from the Attorney General on October 23, 2001. Written comments are due in the Secretary of State's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2001. Electronic comments can not be accepted.
