[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On December 14, 2007, initiative #3 was received in the office of the
Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners are Sal
Peralta and Travis Diskin. The draft ballot title is due from the
Attorney General on December 24, 2007. Written comments are due in the
Secretary of State's office no later than 5pm, on January 9, 2008.
