On December 24, 2007, a draft ballot title for initiative #3 was received by the Secretary of State, Elections Division, from the Attorney General's office. Written comments are due in the Secretary of State's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2008. Electronic comments cannot be accepted.
