[Irrlist] 2010 Initiatives #4-#5

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On December 26, 2007, initiatives #4 and #5 were received in the office
of the Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners are
Bob Stacey, Gerik Karansky and Eric Stachon. The draft ballot titles are
due from the Attorney General on January 4, 2008. Written comments are
due in the Secretary of State's office no later than 5pm, on January
18, 2008. Electronic comments can not be accepted.
