[Irrlist] 2008 Initiative #143

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On December 26, 2007, initiative #143 was received in the office of the
Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners are Bob
Stacey, Gerik Kransky and Eric Stachon. The draft ballot title is due
from the Attorney General on January 4, 2008. Written comments are due
in the Secretary of State's office no later than 5pm, on January 18,
2008. Electronic comments can not be accepted.
