[Irrlist] 2008 Initiative #146

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On March 31, 2008, initiative #146 was received in the office of the
Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners are Sal
Esquivel, Gary George and Marylinn Shannon. The draft ballot title is
due from the Attorney General on April 8, 2008. Written comments are due
in the Secretary of State’s office no later than 5pm, on April 22,
2008. Electronic comments can not be accepted.
