On April 8, 2008, a draft ballot title for initiative #146 was received
by the Secretary of State, Elections Division, from the Attorney
General’s office. Written comments are due in the Secretary of
State’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 22, 2008.
Electronic comments cannot be accepted.
