[Irrlist] 2008 Initiative #145 Certified Ballot Title

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On April 9, 2008, certified ballot title for initiative #145 was
received in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division,
from the Attorney General’s office. Any elector who submitted timely
written comments on the draft ballot title, and is dissatisfied with the
certified ballot title, may petition the Supreme Court for a different
ballot title. The deadline for filing a petition with the Supreme Court
is no later than 5pm, on April 23, 2008.
