[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On June 30, 2008, initiative #28 was received in the office of the
Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioner is Anthony
Johnson. The draft ballot title is due from the Attorney General on July
9, 2008. Written comments are due in the Secretary of State’s office
no later than 5pm, on July 23, 2008. Electronic comments can not be
accepted.
