[Irrlist] 2010 Initiative #28 Draft Ballot Title

On July 9, 2008, a draft ballot title for initiative #28 was received by
the Secretary of State, Elections Division, from the Attorney
General’s office. Written comments are due in the Secretary of
State’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 23, 2008. Electronic
comments cannot be accepted.
