[Irrlist] 2010 Initiative #48

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On July 7, 2009, initiative #48 was received in the office of the
Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners are Dennis
Richardson, Duane Fletchall and Ross Day. The draft ballot title is due
from the Attorney General on July 15, 2009. Written comments are due in
the Secretary of State’s office no later than 5pm, on July 29, 2009.
Electronic comments can not be accepted.
