[Irrlist] Sponsorship Petition SP-2010-023

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On July 10, 2009, one sponsorship petition was received in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division. SP-2010-023 was submitted by Eugene Derfler,Nikki Whitty and Wayne Brady. Signature verification must be completed not later than July 24, 2009. If upon completion of the first sample, it can not be determined with confidence that the petition contains signatures of at least 1,000 electors, signature verification will continue on all remaining signatures. In the event all remaining signatures must be verified, signature verification must be completed not later than August 7, 2009.
