[Irrlist] Sponsorship Petitions SP-2010-025 and SP-2010-026

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On July 15, 2009, two sponsorship petitions were received in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division. SP-2010-025 and SP-2010-026 were submitted by Eugene Derfler, Kim Thatcher and Wayne Brady. Signature verification must be completed not later than July 29, 2009. If upon completion of the first sample, it can not be determined with confidence that the petition contains signatures of at least 1,000 electors, signature verification will continue on all remaining signatures. In the event all remaining signatures must be verified, signature verification must be completed not later than August 12, 2009.
