[Irrlist] 2010 Initiative #48 Draft Ballot Title

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On July 15, 2009, a draft ballot title for initiative #48 was received
by the Secretary of State, Elections Division, from the Attorney
General’s office. Written comments are due in the Secretary of
State’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 29, 2009. Electronic
comments cannot be accepted.
