[Irrlist] 2010 Referenda #301 and #302

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On July 21, 2009, referenda #301 and #302 were received in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners for #301 are Sharon Livingston and John Thomas. The chief petitioners for #302 are Sharon Livingston and Brent DeHart. The statutory ballot title process was supplanted by the Legislative Assembly's Enrolled House Bill 2414. If #301 or #302 obtain sufficient signatures, a Special Election will be held on January 26, 2010.
