[Irrlist] 2010 #75-#78 Draft Ballot Titles

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On February 1, 2010, draft ballot titles for initiatives #75, #76, #77
and #78 were received by the Secretary of State, Elections Division,
from the Attorney General’s office. Written comments are due in the
Secretary of State’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 16,
2010. Electronic comments cannot be accepted.
